  •     Lulusan S1 – Jurusan  Akuntansi
  •     Ada Sertifikat Brevet A dan Brevet B

Ringkasan Pekerjaan :
  •     Melakukan verifikasi dokumen tagihan supplier dan kecukupan jumlah pengiriman vs Delivery Order
  •     Entry Purchase invoice , draft purchase payment untuk persiapan  pembayaran ke supplier
  •     Entry realisasi payment supplier  , BUS dan  petty cash ( H+1)
  •     Membantu menyiapkan kelengkapan dokumen / voucher biaya
  •     Arsip voucher payment / pengeluaran Bank
  •     Melakukan verifikasi hasil entry  apakah sudah di entry sesuai pos-nya
  •     Entry bank charge / pendapatan  jasa giro sesuai RK Bank
  •     Rekonsiliasi outstanding AP AP Vs Outstanding Purchasing VS Fisik

TRANSFER PRICING SPECIALIST

BUSINESS UNIT: CORPORATE FUNCTION

BASED: JAKARTA

Responsibilities:
  •     In conjunction with Country Tax Manager, advise on specific aspects of tax transfer pricing compliance
  •     Directly support the business units with transfer pricing guidance on transactions.
  •     Working with the BUs and Country Tax Manager, to identify opportunities for enhancing transfer pricing effectiveness and efficiencies through continuous improvement with regard to transfer pricing management, processes and systems
  •     Working together with other country tax managers on cross border transactions including services, royalties, product flow and financing to ensure the transaction comply with Cargill Transfer Pricing policy and local TP requirements.
  •     Assist with preparation of TP documentation for all legal entities in Indonesia which are subject to local TP documentation requirements including working with external advisors to ensure the TP documentations requirements as required by law are met.
  •     Provide professional support and working together with the BUs in managing Transfer Pricing audits
  •     Implement plan to bring all transfer pricing work in-house and perform ad hoc comparable searches as necessary.
  •     Working with the Global TP specialist to plan, design and implement a global web-based TP documentation system
Requirements:
  •     Strong knowledge of Indonesian transfer pricing rules – legislation, regulations, rulings, etc.
  •     Staying up-to date on TP developments and Indonesian Tax Office practice and procedures with respect to TP issues
  •     In depth understanding of the Cargill Transfer Pricing policies, commercial, operations and corporate structure
  •     University degree in accounting or tax
  •     Thorough understanding of Indonesian tax laws and transfer pricing requirements including the OECD TP guideline
  •     Minimum 3 years of tax experience in transfer pricing areas in multinational company or consulting firm.
  •     Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  •     Good computer skills especially Microsoft Office.
  •     Ability to work long hours, proactive, initiate, independent, sense of urgency, team player, accurate/careful
  •     Ability to implement changes.
  •     High ethical standards.
  •     Having State Tax Brevet certification is an advantage
  •     Experience in dealing with government bodies
