PPIC Manager (Hale International)
Bogor (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

•     Managing end to end PPIC operation
•     Coordinating with Marketing & Sales Department in order to breakdown company target as well as productions planning execution
•     Handling processes and systems efficiently, implement cost-saving measures to increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency
•     Ensure key performance indicator targets are achieved and leading the team for continuous improvement
•     Organizing annual budget and it’s execution (in terms of production planning & inventory cotrol areas)

Requirements:

•     Male maximum 35 years old
•     Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in engineering (industrial / mechanical / chemical), mathematics, food technology, or equivalent from reputable university
•     Having experience in PPIC min. 5 years
•     Mastering ERP system
•     Having good knowledge in Oracle will be advantage
•     Preferably Assistant Manager specializing in manufacturing / production operation or equivalent
•     Organized, self motivated, high driven, and possess good initiative
•     Focused on detail, result oriented, and capacity to work independently
•     Willing to be placed in Bogor

Business Development Officer
Requirements

• Psychotest and interview will be held on September 2013 at Jakarta and Yogyakarta:
• • Male/ female, with maximum age 28 years old
• • Bachelor degree from Apothecary with minimum GPA 3.00
• • Preferably 1 year experience in related area, but fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• • Great interpersonal skill, work great under pressure, and a good team-player• Willing to be located at Jakarta

Internal Audit / Accounting / Tax Officer 
Requirements
